In high school, he was a 2nd Team All-District outside linebacker and President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Posas has trained with Bruce Lee’s successor and best friend, Dan Inosanto, as well as “Super Foot” Bill Wallace, Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddell’s instructor, John Hackleman, Olympic Judo/Taekwondo Black Belt Ray Watkins, Former WEC Contender Marcus Hicks (Brazilian Jujitsu) and CrossFit’s Annie Sakamoto.
