My husband and I started working out with Donnie Posas in mid November 2009. I was overweight and very out of shape. He was very considerate of our age and fitness level. Donnie steadily has worked with us in guidance with our diet and encouraging us in every workout. Our fitness, strength, endurance and overall health has improved tremendously! And I have lost 35 lbs! Donnie has instructed and helped us to do exercises that I never dreamed we could do! It is amazing what you can train your body to do. For a few years now I have tried every now and then to workout, but never an intense workout like Donnie’s training. I have never ever been on a diet because I love to eat! I would try to keep active because of the way I ate. I believe I look good but with clothes on. I did have a belly that I couldn’t get rid of, basically I can say that I had no waist. Now that I have been doing these intense workouts and diet plan for about 6 weeks, I can tell you that I have lost 12 lbs. Doesn’t seem like much but thats because I know I’ve also gained muscle weight and I am able to see some results. You can see my body more define than before I started. I know that other people can also see the difference too because I get alot of compliments. I also now have more energy. This actually makes me feel good! This makes me feel so good that I hate to miss a workout. All I know is that I cant wait to see the end results!!!

Training with Donnie or Mr. PJ as I like to call him has changed my life. It has helped me with my physical appearance and mentally as well. I have had so many compliments from friends and family on how much weight I’m loosing and how my attitude is changing and a lot of other things. I have only been training with him a little over a month and already my cardio has increased and I have more energy and strength. Mentally I think more positively and try to push myself more and after training with him I feel motivated and ready to do more though I’m usually tired. When I started training with Donnie my goal was to lose weight, get stronger, and have a better over all health condition. It was a real shock to find out how hard the workouts seemed at that time, I had difficulty doing easy things such as push ups, crunches, and jogging. Donnie has always pushed me to the limit. Since I have worked out my limits, I have grown considerably and now I can do up to 500 crunches in an hour, 75 deep pushups in 2 minutes, and run a half mile in around 3 plus minutes. My endurance has gotten better every week. I have trimmed up to the point that I had to have all my suits cut down. I went to have my Physical last week and when my doctor called he said that my results were Fantastic. My name is Jim Garner and I am 59 years old and have diabetes so I am very excited about Donnie being my personal trainer and helping me achieve all the great results that I have I do recommend Donnie to anyone that wants to enhance their life and improve their Looks Health Strength Attitude and add years to their life. From the very moment I met Coach Donnie, I knew he would be an awesome trainer. He provided me with information I needed such as the do’s and donts regarding foods I should stay away from as I embark upon my healthy lifestyle journey. After arriving for my first day of the camp, I must say I was totally impressed! He had excitement, encouragement, a vast variety of exercises and agility drills waiting for us!! He pushes us to reach our personal goals and reminds us that we are not in competition with others but with ourselves and that we are to focus on doing our “personal best” There were a couple of times when I could not attend the camp due to other obligations and do you know he checked on me and let me know that the group missed me during my absence. Another thing that made me smile was seeing that he is a family man! I have much respect for him, and the BEST thing of all is that I have lost inches since being in his program for only one month. I am now able to put on my favourite size “5″ blue jeans without having to lay on my bed to get into them LOL!!Thanks Coach Donnie!

Donnie is the best!! You get the convenience of working out in your own space which is priceless for those of us who are short on time or dread the gym. I personally love the variety of our sessions getting cardio from sparing and learning new ways to use equipment. He is always on time and shows up with a smile. I am quite possibly the worst person to work out with especially first thing in the morning. He is patient, motivating, focusing on technique and customizes each session for what is best for me. I have never looked forward to getting out of bed much less working out but with his energy and commitment have given me the support needed to be my best self.
